1. HOUSE-KEEPING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to housekeeping procedures.
- Assign tasks to room attendants and inspect completed tasks for compliance.
- Handle emergency housekeeping duties when necessary.
- Inspect rooms and public areas for maintenance needs.
- Manage inventory and maintain supply levels.
- Record work assignments and prepare routine reports.
- Establish work standards and procedures for staff.
- Make recommendations to enhance housekeeping services.
- Issue work equipment and supplies to staff.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 certificate/GCE.
- Certificate in general hospitality/hotel management (Diploma an advantage).
- 5 years' experience in hospitality.

2. SOUS CHEF
Responsibilities:
- Set up the kitchen with necessary equipment.
- Develop recipes and gather ingredients.
- Cook food timely and supervise kitchen staff.
- Inform wait staff about daily specials.
- Ensure appealing plate presentation.
- Monitor food stock and place orders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 certificate/GCE.
- Certificate in Food Production (Diploma an advantage).
- 5 years' work experience in hospitality.

3. NIGHT SECURITY/PORTER
Responsibilities:
- Maintain strict internal security standards.
- Collaborate with private security firms.
- Address complaints and handle situations smoothly.
- Report maintenance faults promptly.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 certificate/GCE.
- Security Guarding experience preferred (Hospitality experience advantageous).
- 5 years' work experience in hospitality.
4. GARDENER
Responsibilities:
- Pruning trees and shrubs.
- Planting seeds and maintaining plant health.
- Lawn mowing and garden design.
- Weed removal and gardening advice.
- Maintenance of gardening tools.
Qualification:
- Grade 12 certificate/GCE.
