About Serene Gardens Limited:

Serene Gardens Kitwe is in search of a highly motivated and experienced Room Attendant to join their team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of their establishment.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards.

- Perform various cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, bed making, and replenishing linens.

- Ensure restocking of amenities in each room as per guidelines.

- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to the concerned department.

- Provide prompt and courteous service in response to guest requests.

- Adhere strictly to safety procedures and regulations.


Requirements:

- Grade twelve certificate or GCE

- Minimum of two years' experience as a Room Attendant in a similar setting.

- Proficient in cleaning and sanitation procedures.

- Attention to detail and a strong inclination towards cleanliness.

- Effective time management and task prioritization skills.

- Exceptional customer service and a positive demeanor.

- Proficient communication skills in relevant languages spoken by guests.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job (standing, bending, lifting, etc.).


Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in housekeeping or related field.

- Knowledge of various cleaning products and their correct usage.

- Familiarity with operating cleaning equipment such as vacuums and buffers.
